Water Ski with Mario

First time on the water or keeping up with competition training? Mario is professionally qualified & has been coaching since 1983. He's teaching the new school Slalom Technique after training with Chris Rossi (more at www.skitek.net). His youngest pupil was just 3 years old so he'll have you up on 2 skis (or 1 ski or no skis) in no time. Also, being fluent in four languages, you'll have no trouble understanding his instructions!

Sail & Windsurf with Fred

Fred, Biff, and Amy will take care of you if you want boards or boats. Over 20 years of experience, plenty of equipment, expert & friendly tuition makes Porto Heli Water Sports just the place to learn if you're a beginner or to brush up on your skills if you're an old sea dog. Their wide knowledge of the area can help you out off the water too.

Where to stay

A place to lay your head just metres from the beach and not far from the village centre? The AKS Porto Heli Hotel and the Hotel Rozos are both ready and waiting just across the road from Porto Heli WaterSports and the village of Porto Heli is about 500m away. Looking for something even more central, Biff & Amy have self-catering studios so contact them to make your booking. Need anything else? Your wish is our command on your holiday.

Getting to Porto Heli

Porto Heli is in the Peloponnese region of Greece, in the prefecture of Argolis. You fly into Eleftherios Venizelos airport in Athens and you can then get here by hire car (via Corinth & Epidavros), using the daily Hellenic Seaways hydrofoil service or we can arrange for a taxi to collect you. See our route map for more details.

Information about Porto Heli

Porto Heli is a small fishing village that developed into a busy summer resort without losing it's charm. Scenic & relaxing with plenty of opportunities for keeping busy so, when you've finished sailing, skiing, windsurfing or having a 'donut' ride and have a little time on your hands, what would you like to do first? Hire a bicycle, car or motorbike & go sightseeing? Read your favorite newspaper with a cup of cappuccino? Tour the archaeological sites of Argolida? Relax on a secluded beach? Catch a performance at Epidavros? Scuba diving or snorkeling? Enjoy traditional Greek 'mezedes' & dance the night away? Visit one of the neighboring islands? Go to the funfair with the kids or catch a flick at the open-air cinema? Keep up with the soccer finals via satellite TV? For more info about Porto Heli, visit www.portoheli.net.
